Refund policy

At PiX coffee Roastery, we take pride in delivering high-quality roasted coffee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process for unopened goods under the following terms:  


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.  
- Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.  
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or purchase confirmation is required.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Email pixkuwait@gmail.com or call 965 69666805  within 14 days of purchase to request a return authorization.  
2. Ship the Product: Once approved, mail the unopened coffee packet(s) to the address provided.  
   - Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).  
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.  
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.  

Exceptions:
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded for safety and quality reasons.  
- Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper storage) is not eligible.  
- Refunds are unavailable for purchases made outside the 14-day window.  

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your coffee packet arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or refund.
